You have :

• BS degree or higher in Engineering/Business Management/Project Management disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in planning or similar position within the industry
• Extensive knowledge of PRIMAVERA P6 and MS Office tools
• Knowledge in Offshore/Onshore Wind project (development and construction phases) as well as experience in a corporate finance team or control account management will be a plus
• PMI-PMP qualification or equivalent project management training as well as experience with the stage-gate model and structured project execution will be a plus
• Experience in working in a Joint Venture environment will be a plus
• Strong relationship management and networking skills and a cooperative way of working
• Good written and oral communication skills in multicultural environment
• Good knowledge of Korean and English (written and spoken)

Main activities

Scenario planning

• Animate workshops and build with team various scenarios and associated planning to help decision making for the development

Planning and progress management for development

• Implement and maintain procedures, means and tools in order to ensure the efficiency of the planning, progress control and reporting activities
• Update if necessary a suitable Work Breakdown Structure complying with Package needs in terms of progress control, cost control and reporting, for all phases of the Project
• Elaborate with team and follow up of the Project Development Integrated Planning (Programme) allowing a portfolio vision and project vision with associated critical paths to Milestones
• Ensure availability at all times of an updated and accurate scheduling and progress measurement documentation
• Analysis of critical path, potential clashes, and delay and propose alternates and/or of remedial actions/solutions
• Provide support to leads to control their activities through schedule and progress management

Contractor’s offer analysis –Planning for EPC

• Review, comment, clarify Tenderer’s procedures and schedules
• Perform or manage probabilistic planning analysis of the EPC schedules proposed by Tenderers
• Build integrated planning for execution taking into account various inputs from recommended contractors

Reporting

• Ensure planning is extracted in readable format for internal, external communication and decision support
• Coordinate the Monthly Report preparation with PCM, contributors and Senior Representatives

Corio Generation, TotalEnergies Offshore Wind Korea SAS and SK ecoplant, through their affiliated Special Purpose Companies, are in the process of developing five offshore wind farms in Republic of Korea (2.6GW).

These five wind farms are developed under the name of BadaEnergy and executed by a joint team based in Seoul.

The execution of the first project, Gray Whale 3, will be managed from Seoul for the pre investment period and then from a regional office in Ulsan and at contractor’s site.

The projects are currently in the FEED phase, and as such are focusing on establishing the consenting envelope and high level design.
